1. Controller and contact
MARKETING AND BI SERVICES, incorporated as a Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada under Mexican law, operates the Direct Revenue Solutions (DRS) brand and is the controller of personal data collected through this website and its contact channels. Its address for notices is Calle 133 número 866, colonia Los Héroes, Mérida, Yucatán, C.P. 97306, México.
For privacy, ARCO rights or withdrawal of consent, contact info@directrevenuesolutions.com with the subject “DRS Privacy”. This notice is governed by Mexico’s current Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
2. Information and consent
We receive your name, email, hotel or business name, website, approximate room count and services of interest. You may optionally share a phone number, role, destination, country, property count, direct-sales share, revenue and budget ranges, systems used, timing and comments.
Business information is not always personal data. Where commercial information identifies an individual and constitutes financial or asset-related personal data, processing requires your express consent unless a legal exception applies. You may leave those fields blank. The form requests an express indication of consent before submission.
Provide your own information or information you are authorized to communicate for your organization. We do not request sensitive data, banking details, passwords, identity documents or guest records; avoid including them in comments. If a service requires other people’s information, we will first agree on an appropriate channel and conditions.
3. How we use data
We use it to respond, understand business needs, assess a scope, prepare a proposal, arrange meetings and follow up on the conversation. We retain submission and consent records to address questions, security and applicable obligations.
We do not automatically subscribe you to advertising or sell or publish prospect records. If we propose promotional purposes requiring permission, we will explain them and obtain authorization separately. Refusal will not prevent us from handling your original inquiry.
4. Providers and communications
Access is limited to personnel handling the inquiry and necessary hosting, storage, security and communications providers, including Cloudflare, ChatGPT Sites and Resend to email inquiry notifications to the DRS team. Infrastructure may process data outside Mexico. Access on the controller’s behalf is managed under applicable service conditions and for the operational purposes described here.
If disclosure to a third party acting as an independent controller becomes necessary, we will explain the recipient and purpose and obtain any required consent, unless a legal exception applies. We may disclose information in response to valid authority requests or to exercise and defend rights as permitted by law.
5. Retention and security
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, any subsequent relationship and applicable obligations or liabilities. It is then subject to deletion after any required restricted retention. Keeping information for a legal obligation does not by itself authorize commercial use.
We apply access controls and administrative and technical measures appropriate to processing. No digital service eliminates every risk. If a breach significantly affects your financial or moral rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
6. ARCO rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by contacting info@directrevenuesolutions.com. Include your name, reply channel, the right you wish to exercise and information to help locate the records; for rectification, describe and support the correction. We will explain how to verify identity or representation without indiscriminately requesting sensitive documents.
We will communicate our decision within twenty business days of receiving the request and, if granted, implement it within the following fifteen business days. Each period may be extended once for an equal period when circumstances justify it. Access requires identity verification. Applicable limitations and reproduction or delivery costs will be those permitted by law.
7. Withdrawal and limits on use
You may use the same email to withdraw consent or ask us to limit use or disclosure. Describe the processing you wish to stop and provide a reply channel. Withdrawal is not retroactive; information may need to be retained for legal obligations or liabilities. If you do not receive a response or believe your rights were infringed, you may approach Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno within its statutory powers.
8. Browser technology and WhatsApp
The website and its infrastructure use technical mechanisms necessary for operation and security; the browser may retain temporary session information. We currently do not incorporate advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser; disabling necessary elements may affect features.
Choosing WhatsApp opens an external service that also has its own policies. The button does not itself send your form to WhatsApp. Information you subsequently share with DRS through that channel will be used to handle your conversation under this notice.
9. Updates
Changes will be published here with an updated date. If a change requires new authorization, we will obtain it before the relevant processing. You can request a copy of this notice or ask questions through the privacy email above.
